Production site

Our production site is equipped with a complete range of machinery to produce cable harnesses. Therefore, we are able to offer our customers a large scale of possibilities in the field of cable assembly. For example:

  • Full automatic machines for production of single core wires from 0,25 mm2 to 6 mm2
  • Inkjet coding on cable
  • Automatic machines for wire stripping and dismantling of multicore cables
  • Semi automatic presses
  • Large scale of applicators
  • Soldering
  • Molding possibilities:  For connectors and PCB that require a specific protection. We are able to overmold and mold your product for protection against
  • water, chemicals and mechanical influences from the outside. This ensures a  sustainable and reliable end product.  Since the tooling costs are low, we can even offer you this possibility for small quantities.
