Plastic T-type Hygienic offers F&B industry ultimate hygiene at an economical price

Ilme has expanded her new generation lightweight T-type series with a special Hygienic version. The T-type hygienic has especially been developed for the spray area within the food and beverage industry. It complies with the stringent demands (DIN EN 1672-2) that are made in this industry. They are, among others, resistant to aggressive cleaning detergents and disinfectants (ECOLAB tested) and high pressure cleaning (IP66 and IP69K). The bolts and gaskets have a blue color to make them easily traceable by optic detectors.

High-quality & economical plastic housing

The Ilme T-type Hygienic housing is made out of a special type of plastic that is corrosion- and vibration resistant and considerably lighter than for example an RVS housing. The plastic housing also contributes to a high resistance to chemicals and therefore often perform even better in F&B environments compared to RVS housings. Additionally, the plastic T-type Hygienic offers an economical solutions in comparison to other materials.

High versatility and scope

Because of the deployment of all standard an modular insert, the T-type Hygienic is very versatile. The series is there for you in two designs, an H- and a C-version. The H-version has an HNBR sealing whereas the C-version offers a silicon sealing with a temperature reach of -50 upt +70° for application in frozen food units.
