International Account Manager E-mobility DACH region

A&C Solutions is the exclusive European distribution specialist for connectors from the leading e-bike connector brand Higo. Through our close partnership, we develop customised solutions — from initial design to on-time delivery. We supply a complete range of tailor-made e-bike connectors to manufacturers of all types of e-mobility vehicles, systems, and components, as well as to subcontractors.

A&C Solutions is looking for an International Account Manager for the DACH region, working remotely from a home office.

What does the role entail?

  • You are responsible for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing customer projects from A to Z. This includes translating customer needs into the right connector solutions and following up with quotations, feedback, and negotiations. 
  • You proactively map the market, identify opportunities and trends, and assess our competitive position — turning insights into concrete actions.
  • You follow up on leads and actively prospect new customers. You conduct sales visits and online meetings, convincing prospects to choose Higo’s e-bike connector solutions.
  • You collaborate closely with product management, inside sales, and marketing to align on market needs and execute strategic plans.
  • You report directly to the Sales Manager.

 

What are we looking for?

  • You bring solid international sales experience, ideally within the B2B e-bike or micro-mobility sector.
  • You thrive in long sales cycles and project-based environments, with the patience and strategic mindset needed to close complex deals.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience, combining technical insight with strong commercial acumen. 
  • You have a true partnership-first mindset, focusing on building long-term, sustainable customer relationships and translating needs into tailored technical solutions.  
  • Mobility: You are flexible and open to international travel, with a willingness to visit the DACH region on a monthly basis. You are comfortable working remotely. 
  • Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a strong asset. 
  • Analytical & Organized: You are structured in managing your sales pipeline and ensure that all project milestones, meetings, and reports are accurately recorded in our CRM system.
