A&C Solutions and HUMMEL celebrate 10-year anniversary
HUMMEL AG has been working successfully with A&C Solutions from Belgium for 10 years. During this time, A&C Solutions has developed from a young start-up to one of the most important HUMMEL partners in the field of connectors.

For the anniversary, Markus Henninger, Vice President Product Line Circular Connectors of HUMMEL AG, presented the founder and Managing Director of A&C Solutions, Franky Vanlerberghe, with an award for the exceptionally dynamic business development.
The start of the partnership
It all started in 2011 with an enquiry from Maarten Voermans. "At the time, we had a gap in our range of industrial circular connectors and were sure that we could close this gap with HUMMEL," recalls the co-managing director. It followed a meeting at a trade fair and a visit to the HUMMEL production facilities in Denzlingen and Waldkirch. Immediately afterwards, the partnership was agreed.
Successful partnership through mutual trust
Today, A&C Solutions is one of the renowned HUMMEL partners and offers its customers solutions in the entire connector range from M12 Power to M40. "Outstanding know-how, the focus on connectivity and the project business are the success factors", reports Bernd Lais, Technical Customer Support at HUMMEL AG. He held the first talks with Maarten Voermans in 2011. At that time, A&C Solutions had a turnover of around 750,000 euros, today it is 7.4 million euros. Maarten Voermans appreciates the high product quality and the excellent logistics. For him, the open and honest cooperation is also part of the secret of success: "The trust that HUMMEL placed in us and our young company right from the start was very appreciative."
