Characteristics differ between variants of a connector
This HIL Connector is a 3.3mm pitch wire to wire connector that has an inertia lock mechanism to prevent an incomplete mating.
Low insertion force and good engagement feeling provides the secure mating operation.
Inertia lock mechanism
This mechanism prevents an incomplete mating, and ensures a complete mating by utilizing the inertia force generated by mating action of socket housing and plug housing.
Contact shape
Structure that the mating part of contact was not easily deformed by an irregular operation such as an insertion with prying was adopted.
Control key
3 kinds of control key pattern in one circuit number is designed, therefore mismatching insertion can be prevented when using the same kinds of connectors in one circuit number.
