Characteristics differ between variants of a connector
Designed for connecting liquid crystal display backlight lamps to their starters.
Low profile. Only 2.8mm (.110 inches) thick so that the mounting height will be 3.0mm (.118 inches). Contact lances.
Mis-insertion/accidental-diSConnection preventive construction. Housing is designed to prevent mis-insertion into the header, and its locking device also prevents an accidental diSConnection due to vibration or shock.
Contact lances
Contacts are secured in the housing by their spring action, thus fully shrouded. This helps improve the withstanding voltage.
Anti-misinsertion housing
The housing has mis-insertion preventative guides on both sides. Housing locks prevent release of the housing that might result from vibration or shock.
