Unique wire crimping technology
HUMMEL’s wire crimping technology creates a solder-free, mechanically stable connection between the wire and the contact. By crimping the wire 360° around, it forms a homogeneous, vibration-resistant connection with low contact resistance. The result: consistent performance and long service life, even under high mating cycles in demanding industrial environments.
TWILOCK – fast, safe and reliable locking
TWILOCK is HUMMEL’s bayonet locking system for M16 and M23 connectors. Its twist-lock mechanism securely locks the connector with just a quarter turn, enabling installation up to 75% faster than with a conventional screw connection.
The system provides full EMC protection, IP67/IP69K ratings and a durable, vibration-resistant connection. This makes TWILOCK ideal for industrial automation and drive technology.

HUMMEL INOX and moulded connectors
In addition to its standard range, HUMMEL offers M16 and M23 stainless-steel connectors for demanding industries such as food processing. Moulded connectors from M8 to M40 are also available, fully manufactured to customer specifications and supplied as ready-to-use cable assemblies without additional tooling costs.

HUMMEL M12 Power Connectors
High-performance power in a compact M12 design
The HUMMEL M12 Power series sets a new standard in industrial connectivity, delivering up to 16 A at 630 V in an exceptionally compact format. With moulded, field-attachable, angled and stainless-steel versions, the series provides a suitable solution for industrial automation, machine building, robotics and LED lighting.
Maximum flexibility in a compact format
The connectors are available with K, L, S and T coding, feature reliable EMC shielding and support cable diameters up to 11 mm. IP67/IP69K protection makes them suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Modular panel-mount versions for front or rear mounting, with or without a flange, also provide maximum design freedom for every power connection.
HUMMEL launches the world smallest M16 right-angle connector
Small in size. Giant in Power
At just 22 mm high, the new HUMMEL M16 angled panel-mount connector is the smallest in its class. Despite its compact size, it delivers M23-level performance and combines power and signal transmission in a single connector.
Fast and flexible integration
Its 315° positioning and TWILOCK quick-locking system enable fast and secure installation. This makes the connector ideal for compact motor designs and sensor technology in robotics, AGVs and machine building.

HUMMEL M23 Connectors
Whether for signal, power, Industrial Ethernet or hybrid applications, HUMMEL M23 connectors provide the right solution for every application.
Flexible configuration and locking options
Thanks to their modular design, housings, inserts and contacts can be freely combined, providing a wide range of configuration options.
HUMMEL also offers maximum flexibility in terms of locking technology. M23 circular connectors are available with a conventional screw locking system, the TWILOCK quick-locking system or the TWILOCK-S variant, which is fully interchangeable with the Speedtec system.
All versions are certified according to UL, CSA and VDE standards and meet high requirements for quality, reliability and safety.
HUMMEL M40 connectors
Maximum power for heavy-duty industrial applications
HUMMEL M40 connectors combine high power with a robust metal housing. They support large cable cross-sections and high currents, making them ideal for drive technology, motors, industrial machinery and pumping systems. The series offers IP67/IP69K protection and excellent EMC performance.
Interchangeable with Speedtec – TWILOCK-S quick lock
In addition to the classic screw connection, the M40 series is available with TWILOCK-S. This vibration-resistant quick-lock system is fully compatible with Speedtec from Igus and Intercontec and locks quickly and reliably with a short twist.
The M40 series combines power, reliability and installation flexibility in one robust connector solution.
