Reliable connectivity for AGVs & AMRs
AGVs and AMRs are increasingly being used across a wide range of industries to make processes more efficient, flexible and scalable. From intralogistics and manufacturing to airports and agriculture, autonomous vehicles are constantly on the move and require reliable power, signal and data connections.
Every AGV or AMR requires different connections
No two mobile robots are the same. A compact AMR has different requirements than an autonomous forklift or a heavy-duty AGV. Power, installation space, number of contacts, data transmission, vibration and IP protection all determine which connection is best suited to the application.
Within a single vehicle, different solutions are also required for the battery, motor, sensors, CAN/data, control systems and charging.
A&C Solutions helps manufacturers select the right technology for every connection point.

Higo signal connectors for AGVs &A AMRs
Higo signal connectors have been used in demanding e-mobility applications for many years, with reliable connections and compact design at their core. With diameters starting from just 5,5 mm, secure locking and IP67 protection, Higo offers compact solutions for signal and data connections within AGVs and AMRs.
Splitters & custom cable assemblies
In addition to compact signal connectors, Higo offers various solutions for distributing signals within an AGV or AMR. Connectors can be integrated into splitters and complete cable assemblies, with a range of standard configurations and extensive customisation options. This allows the internal wiring to be fully tailored to the specific vehicle architecture.

Higo battery connectors for AGVs & AMRs
From compact mobile robots to heavy-duty AGVs, Higo offers a broad range of battery connectors for charging and discharging, with current ratings from 5 A to 100 A. Depending on the vehicle architecture, different configurations are available, including panel-mount and cable-to-cable connectors.
Locking, waterproofing & signal transmission
Higo offers both locking and push-on connections, with protection ratings up to IP67. Several battery connector series also combine power and signal contacts in a single connector, allowing both the main power supply and signals for applications such as battery management and communication to be transmitted through one compact connection.
This allows the battery connection to be tailored to the required current rating, mounting type, IP protection, locking mechanism and signal requirements.
Higo motor connectors for AGVs and AMRs
Higo motor connectors are designed for applications where power, limited installation space and vibration come together.
With solutions rated up to 45A, Higo offers motor connections for both compact mobile robots and more powerful AGV drive systems. Several series combine power and signal contacts in a single compact connector, allowing motor power as well as control and feedback signals to be transmitted through one connection.
Secure locking and IP67 protection help ensure a reliable connection in mobile applications.
Delta DC/DC converters for AGVs & AMRs
Delta, a market leader in power supplies, offers a proven solution for mobile applications with its panel-mount DC/DC converters. The combination of a very wide input range, compact design, and robust, shock-resistant housing makes these converters suitable for applications including forklifts, reach trucks, cleaning machines, AGVs, and electrically powered agricultural vehicles.
Designed for mobile applications
A wide input range, limited installation space, and protection against shock, dust, and moisture are key selection criteria for mobile electrical systems. Delta combines these features in its B62 series, featuring a robust panel-mount design and IP67 protection.
From charging contacts to wireless opportunity charging
AGVs and AMRs need to remain available without the charging process unnecessarily interrupting the workflow. In addition to traditional charging contacts, manufacturers are therefore increasingly opting for automated charging solutions that can be fully integrated into the process.
Automatic charging during the work cycle
With wireless opportunity charging, a vehicle can automatically recharge during short, scheduled stops, without a physical charging connector or operator intervention. This allows charging moments to be intelligently distributed throughout the work cycle, reducing the time the vehicle needs to be taken out of operation for separate charging sessions.
A&C Solutions offers Delta MOOVair wireless charging systems for this purpose, enabling contactless energy transfer between the charging station and the vehicle.
